We're also open on Bank Holiday Mondays, from 10am to 4pm.
Toilets
Male, female and disabled toilet facilities are located on the 1st floor. A radar key for the disabled toilet is available from Reception.
Parent and Child Facilities
Baby changing facilities are located on the 1st floor of the Centre. Nappies are available on request from reception.
Gift Vouchers
Westgate Shopping Vouchers are available to purchase from Reception in any denomination. Vouchers are valid for twelve months and can be exchanged in any Westgate store. Vouchers can only be purchased Mon - Fri during office opening hours, 9am - 5.30pm.
Shopmobility
Shopmobility Scooters are available for hire and purchase from Walkwel. Telephone 01438 218222
Security and Peace of Mind
We have trained and experienced security staff on hand to help all visitors to the Centre. Westgate is under 24hr CCTV surveillance; images are being recorded for crime prevention and public safety.
Lost & Found
A lost property department is located on the 1st floor. Alternatively, you can telephone Centre Management with all enquires on 01438 740696.
First Aid
Security and cleaning staff are first aid trained. If you require assistance, please locate a security officer or visit Reception on the 1st floor.
